F.A.Q.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so you will have plenty of time to change, relax and look at some hairstyle books. We also offer refreshments for our clients to enjoy during their visit.

What if I am late for my appointment?

We will do our best to accommodate you but we may have to re-schedule your appointment so that the following clients throughout the day will not be delayed.

What if I need to cancel or change appointment?

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we require at least a 24 hour notice. This allows us the opportunity to contact clients on our waiting list and possibly fill your spot. A No-Show guest will be rebooked at the discretion of the stylist. We would much rather you postpone your appointment, than just not showing up or calling. If you do not show up for an appointment or cancel with less than a 24 hours notice, you may be charged for the missed appointment time that was set aside just for you and you may need to pay with a credit card upon booking future appointments.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointments?

Appointment availability varies depending on the stylist. We probably have some spots open this week but to be assured your preferred time, you may want to book 2 to 4 weeks in advance. Many clients book ahead for their next appointment after checking out. This is a smart way to do it since you can always call and change your appointment if you need to as long as you give us a 24 hours or more notice.

Where do I park?

Right in front of the hair studio! We have lots of parking, complete with handicapped spaces and wheel chair ramps.

Are children allowed in your  hair studio?

Yes, but only if they are attended by an adult. They may wait on the couch in the waiting room if they are well behaved and do not disturb clients. We have many sharp and hot tools in the shop so we insist on no running, jumping, wandering or shouting etc. They may also stay with you during your visit. We all have kids and love kids, but for the comfort and safety of all our guests and the pleasure of everyone's experience, we ask that you be responsible in attending to your children.

Can I bring my cell phone?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your cell phone with you to your appointment, but we do ask that you avoid using it during your service except for an emergency call.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Master Card, Debit Cards, Cash, and Personal Checks with a valid driver’s license. If you want to use a gift card, you must bring it with you to your appointment.
